Team update - investing in our team’s skills and knowledge

We’re continuing to invest in the professional development of our marina team, helping build the skills and knowledge needed to deliver safe, efficient and customer-focused operations.

Congratulations to Georgia, who has recently completed the New Zealand Certificate in Marina Facilities (Marina Operations) through MAST Academy. Michal, Jasper and Jackie are currently working towards the same qualification across Westhaven, Silo and Auckland Central marinas.

The programme covers a broad range of skills needed to operate a successful marina, including health and safety, emergency response, customer service, marina operations and practical aspects of marina management.

Georgia is also completing the Coastguard Boating Education Boatmaster course, while Louis is undertaking the Skipper Restricted Limits course to further develop his vessel handling, navigation, safety and maritime knowledge.

These qualifications support our ongoing commitment to building capability within our team and ensuring we continue to provide a high standard of service and safe operations across our marinas.
